The battle of £ 1 MD "Project Victoria": chronology

March 31, 2010: A meeting was held in Bukhara Restaurant of the Hotel Maurya in Delhi between Stewart Regan (Yorkshire), Colin Povey (Warwickshire) and David Hodgkiss (Lancashire) and two representatives of IMG.

On April 5: Colin Graves, President of the Yorkshire, contacts Giles Clarke to discuss the content of the meeting.

April 12: Clarke received a letter signed by the Presidents of the counties in the Test match grounds explaining that a meeting took place in Delhi with Modi and IMG.

April 28: Clarke met with the Presidents of the Test match ground counties and discussions take place on a working group which is responsible for, among other things, explore the possibilities of ttwweennttyy cricket.

On May 2 (2.21 pm): Regan sends Clarke the minutes of the meeting with Modi and IMG.

2 May (3.12 pm): Clarke sends email to Shashank Manohar, President of BCCI.

May 6: BCCI matters charge against Modi based on email Clarke, who has been disclosed to the media in India.

May 8: Daily Telegraph shows Clarke is facing possible legal action by IMG.

May 15: IMG to serve a writ for libel on Clarke.

June 16: MODI started defamation proceedings against Clarke.
