It has been interpreted at least one of the players have escaped with a ban on lighter which were not the minimum prescribed.
"Mr. Butt is encouraged by the fact that the tribunal advised the ICC to modify the code or revise the minimum sentence," said his lawyer Yasin Patel.
I am shocked and very disappointed. "I expected more than a ban," said Amir, who emerged hearing red-eyed, either crying or lack of sleep, to be taken in a Scrum of photographers.
The prohibition applies to all international matches and any game or event which is "authorized, organized, sanctioned, recognized or supported in any way by the ICC (or) a National Federation of Cricket".
